Nora Vinas, Diocese of SE Florida, and Patrick Melendez, Diocese of California today addressed the House of Bishops with their prophetic message of hope for the Episcopal Church. They delivered the same message to the House of Deputies and the Episcopal Church Women triennial gathering.
