Saturday, March 15, is the deadline for diocesan delegations to register their high school participants and adult leaders for the 2014 Episcopal Youth Event (EYE14). All identified diocesan registrars received the registration link in January and via a reminder email earlier this week.

As of the end of the day on Thursday, March 13, we have 57 dioceses registered totaling 748 participants for the main event. We have just 50 spaces left for 3 Days of Urban Mission following EYE14.

Late Registration

We will close the registration site at 12 midnight PDT on March 15 and will take the following week to assess our numbers. If we still have room we may reopen for late registrations the week of March 24. If you miss the March 15 deadline, it would be extremely helpful to know if you would still like an opportunity to register so that we can consider all variables as we look at our campus lodging capacity and begin contracting our ground transportation and catering needs.

Please email Valerie Harris vharris@episcopalchurch.org to give us a heads up if you miss the deadline but would still like to come to EYE14 if there is room.

Bishops Registration

We have set up a separate registration process for bishops who are not participating as adult chaperones for diocesan delegations. Their link is here: www.episcopalchurch.org/eye14/bishops. Bishops will receive more information about this at the House of Bishops meeting later this month. We have given them until March 31 to enter into the system so we know the length of their stay and whether or not they need lodging or simply a day pass for the event.

Province IV Registration

If you are one of the 20 dioceses of Province IV you may sign up for 3 Days of Urban Mission through your Provincial Youth Event registration coordinator.

Exhibit Hall

There will be an exhibit hall at EYE14 and information will be available in April regarding space.
