This year the grant process is concluding for applicants much earlier than in previous years due to the deadline to submit materials for Executive Council approval in March. So just a few reminders for those of you still working on your application regarding upcoming deadlines and ways to get help.
For those applying from the Anglican Communion, the deadline to submit an application for the review process has passed and no new applications will be accepted from the Anglican Communion for the 2024 grant process. Please check our website in June for the 2025 application.
The deadline for translation assistance and a review of a full draft has also passed. However, because this deadline was so early due to the Christmas holidays, we do have one set of open office hours left for this grant process. You can work with staff or grant committee members on your full application packet materials. Please register for open office hours using one of these links:

Jan. 12, at 5 p.m. Eastern time
- Deadline for all updates and changes to Anglican Communion grant packets.
- Deadline to get your budget reviewed via email to UTO staff.
Jan. 17, at 5 p.m. Eastern time
- Deadline to submit your application through Formstack and receive feedback on anything that might be missing or incorrect in your packet.
Jan. 19, at 5 p.m. Eastern time
- Deadline to submit any applications.
- Deadline to submit any updates to applications from The Episcopal Church.
