We want to remind everyone of our upcoming deadlines and final webinar for the 2023 grant cycle. 

Tuesday, Feb. 14 at noon Eastern is our last webinar of 2023. You can register for it here.

There is no agenda for this meeting; however, we will answer any final questions you might have about the grant application process. We’ll share any insights that we’re finding from applications as they are coming in and give final reminders about the process. 

After the February webinar, our staff will turn their attention to helping applicants via email. We strongly encourage all applicants to submit as early as possible. We have established deadlines regarding how much assistance you may receive. 

• Friday, Feb. 24, is the last day you may receive a full review of a draft application. 
• Friday, March 3, is the last day you may receive a review of your budget for out-of-criteria items. 
• Wednesday, March 8, is the last day applications will be reviewed for completeness. 
• March 9 & 10 – all applications will be processed as received. We strongly recommend that you double check what you submitted at this point to ensure it is complete.

Please share these important dates with anyone who is applying as well as your diocesan staff. 

We ask for your patience as we read and evaluate the applications. Once we make our decisions, we send them to Executive Council to approve during its June meeting. Letters will be sent out as soon as we receive that approval.
