The fourth annual UTO training session is fast approaching! This year, we will meet on Saturday, June 7, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. As we begin to plan the topics to be covered, we want to include you in the process.
I know when I first became involved in UTO, I had a million questions. I wondered just what is an Ingathering, how do I help write a grant, how do I have gratitude conversations, and where do I go for more help? Even after having been involved for many years, I find I am always learning more about this wonderful ministry.
You may have similar questions or just want to hear about or share your own best practices with others from the larger UTO community. Let us know by sending your suggestions to Heather (hmelton@episcopalchurch.org) by April 30 so we can include them in the workshop.
As always, the workshop will provide basic answers to your questions about the ABCs of grant proposals, financial processes, upcoming events, and on formation materials for your parish or diocese. But you may want a deeper dive on subjects that we may not have even thought about. We find that our best insights come from you.
