Wow! This summer has been filled with changes, and we love watching how everyone adapts and makes it work. The Great EpisGOpal Race was founded the first summer of the pandemic and continues to go through adaptation and change. Currently, that means we are changing the official race dates to Oct. 14-23 and extending the registration. Instead of launching the race during July’s General Convention, we will launch it on Zoom. The good news is that you have more time to build your team and fundraise for your organization. The better news is that The Great EpisGOpal Race has always encouraged you to race your way, so that means if you want to run your race during the originally planned weekend in September, you go right ahead. Want to wait for fall weather and run in October? We’ll see you then, too.
Stay tuned for some exciting things to come from UTO and our race partner, Episcopal Migration Ministries, and new ways to engage with The Great EpisGOpal Race!
Please note: This does not affect any aspect of your existing registration, teams, or fundraisers.
