Every year prior to General Convention, we collect prayers from throughout The Episcopal Church (and Anglican Communion) to create a prayer booklet that we offer to the whole church. This has become a beloved tradition, for those who write prayers and for those who use them. The deadline for the next edition of the UTO prayer booklet is July 15. 

Anyone can write and submit a prayer for the UTO prayer booklet, and it can be in any language. This is a great activity for children, who love to see their name printed in a book. This is an amazing way to share your prayers of hope, gratitude, and love with our church. No prayer is too short or too simple—if you’ve prayed it, someone else will probably want to pray it, too. Every triennium, we are blessed and inspired by the prayers that come in. I know we’ll all be blessed again by your prayers for the 2024 UTO prayer book.
