Need printed UTO materials for a fall campaign or diocesan convention?
The fall deadline for ordering materials for parishes, families or individuals is fast approaching. Just a reminder: We are moving to shipping materials seasonally for use in congregations to accommodate the ways parishes are using them. If you are planning to host a UTO ingathering this fall, please complete this order form by Aug. 16. Just a reminder that we are no longer using a distribution center, so we will now only ship items three times a year (September – with fall materials, January – with Lenten materials, April – with late spring/summer materials). If you have an emergency, our staff will help you if they are able; however, all of our materials are available to download and print locally as well.
For those ordering materials for families: We will ship these on the same schedule as parishes, so please be sure to get your order in for the correct season. We are working on a new order form for 2025 that should make the process more straightforward for individuals and families, given the feedback that we have received from our trial period.
If you are ordering materials for diocesan convention or other similar experiences where you will have a table/exhibit, we will ship these monthly on or around the 15th, so please plan accordingly. Please note: We are no longer shipping materials to conventions in bulk. We have found that many of the materials we shipped this way simply end up being discarded. To save money on printing materials and shipping them, we’ll send enough materials for a display, along with a QR code mini-poster for ordering materials or registering a parish with UTO. We will also include some giveaways to help entice people to visit your booth, as well as a variety of stickers with QR codes to help direct people to the resources UTO has available for free.
