President Trump recently released an executive order that rolled back critical government policies curbing greenhouse gas emissions. Through this action, the Trump Administration limits the ability of the U.S. to confront and address our changing climate and to preserve our clean air and water. His Executive Order fails to protect the American people of today–and generations to come–from the harmful impacts of climate change.
The Episcopal Church recognizes climate change’s damaging effects on communities around the world and calls on Episcopalians to advocate for climate change mitigation and adaptation. Next month, marchers will gather in Washington, DC, to raise their voices to President Trump, urging him to take bold action on climate change. Will you join them?
