The International Black Clergy Conference is a triennial event, and for the first time, because of the abnormal times brought about by the pandemic, we are doing it as a virtual innovative online experience. We hope to still provide a space for us to celebrate, educate and rejuvenate ourselves as leaders for the 21st Ministry in The Episcopal Church.
Keynote presenters will include the Most Reverend Michael B. Curry, the Right Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Dr. Elizabeth Henry, the Reverend Robert Jemonde Taylor, the Right Reverend Robert Wright and the Very Reverend Kelly Brown Douglas. The days will begin and end with prayers, reflection and music drawn from the Afro-Anglican tradition. Plenaries will include presentations from the affinity groups across the diaspora and the programming being developed and deployed by the OBM to address the needs our communities.
