Save the Date: National Workshop on Christian Unity 2023

The annual National Workshop on Christian Unity (NWCU) will take place in Milwaukee on May 8-11 with the theme “Do good; seek justice.” The NWCU brings together diocesan officers and ecumenical practitioners from Episcopal, Roman Catholic, United Methodist, Lutheran, Pentecostal, Evangelical, Christian Scientist, and other church traditions for a concentrated period of learning and formation. It also coincides with the annual meeting of Episcopal Diocesan Ecumenical and Interreligious Officers (EDEIO). The 2023 NWCU will include the Rev. Canon Stephanie Spellers as theologian in residence, and a seminar on The Episcopal Church’s involvement in the repatriation of First Nations’ remains from church boarding schools.
