The Office of African Descent Ministries is working to establish churchwide and diocesan leadership opportunities through the Discernment Academy.

The Discernment Academy focuses on encouraging and supporting persons of the Black/African Diaspora in discerning leadership roles within The Episcopal Church as a whole. Four areas of particular interest include:
