Thank you to everyone who participated in our October gratitude program. We tried something new with the stories from the grant sites, so please let us know (you can email Heather) what you thought of those and if you’d like to see something similar next year. But don’t think we’re done just yet—UTO has materials for Thanksgiving and Christmas! 

November Gratitude Materials 

You can download all sorts of resources for Thanksgiving at www.unitedthankoffering.com/november. We highly recommend faith formation leaders look at our resources for talking about the history of the holiday. We’ve even got prayer resources that include a land acknowledgement for use on Thanksgiving or throughout November to honor our Indigenous communities. 

For families looking to increase the gratitude at your family gathering, we’ve got a few things to help. First off, we strongly recommend the gratitude conversation dice that you can print out and use to share stories of gratitude with your guests. We’ve got prayer cards for your table, place cards for guests, and fill-in-the-blank thank-you cards to help kiddos share their gratitude with those they love and cherish.
