Last week the United States marked “Giving Tuesday,” a movement that started years ago to encourage individuals to support nonprofits. (It grew as a response to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.) This Giving Tuesday we showcased 2023 grant sites on our social media sites and joined with Episcopal Migration Ministries to encourage folks to hold Facebook fundraisers for UTO and EMM. Thank you to everyone who gave a response to our social media campaigns or responded to our call-to-action email with ways to support UTO. The good news is that you can still hold a Facebook fundraiser through the end of the year to support UTO and EMM. If you need help, just let me know, and I can talk you through setting it up. We are so grateful to all of you who support UTO and the variety of ways you do it. THANK YOU!
