The full writeup about the race is in the regular e-news, but we are so excited to partner with the amazing people in the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama in bringing the race to you this year. Like last year, you can choose to raise funds for UTO or for Sawyerville (or simply make a donation to Sawyerville). We’ll share more information about this amazing ministry, but for those of you outside of Alabama, Sawyerville is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama that creates opportunities for children and youth in Hale County through free summer programs, mentoring, and scholarships.

Registration opens Sept. 15, and the event closes on Nov. 30. Fabulous prizes will be announced in the October e-news for top fundraisers as individuals or groups, and we’re really excited to offer Blenko glass suncatchers as medals for this year’s participants.
