Coaching Cohorts for Redevelopment
Church leaders experienced in successful redevelopment know that loving accountability creates steady forward progress. Core teams of 4-5 lay leaders from five congregations will come together eight times over six months on Zoom for 90-minute sessions under the leadership of a coach trained in group coaching and experienced in church leadership. The cost is shared between the diocese, the church, and the Office of General Convention. In these groups, leaders will be invited to articulate their mission, map their assets, risk new behaviors, and explore the question, “What’s our next faithful step based on our lived reality?” If your church is interested in joining a coaching cohort click here for an application.
