The HUB—or Helping Urban Bicyclists—is a ministry spearheaded by St. John’s Episcopal Church in Stockton, the Diocese of San Joaquin. Deacon Stephen Bentley, with a small and mighty group of volunteers, collects and repairs bicycles to distribute to their neighbors who need reliable and inexpensive transportation to work, to mandated programs, and to church.
