Province V, “the Province of the Midwest,” is comprised of fifteen Midwestern dioceses: Chicago, Eastern Michigan, Indianapolis, Michigan, Missouri, Northern Indiana, Northern Michigan, Ohio, Southern Ohio, Springfield, and Wisconsin.
