“When we gather, Jesus makes our hearts joyful, even if we don’t understand the language (both for Anglo and Karen members).  We know that we all belong to the Body of Christ when we worship, no matter the language or location.  Our worship outside of church is important for those who can’t come on Sundays because of jobs or family needs and also for us to celebrate life events like births and deaths.  We are bringing God into our Karen community and bringing our Karen community to worship.” – Suzanne Gappa
