ENROLLMENT
Registration concludes April 3, 2008. Call to verify space availability (800-334-7626, ext. 6003). Your enrollment will be confirmed in writing, and is dependent upon receipt of payment and the registration form. Any registrations accepted after April 3 are subject to hotel availability and market room rate. Request to ‘hold’ a reservation: As a courtesy we are pleased to hold a reservation for a limited time while you are preparing the fee and registration form. Once the seminar has filled to capacity all spaces must be secured immediately with full payment and registration form. Unsecured spaces will be released to those on the waiting list who are ready to commit with payment and registration. Payment made by a third party: If payment for your registration is being made by a third party (such as your parish or diocese) it is your responsibility to follow-up to ensure that payment is issued and received on time. To enroll, issue the check to: Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society Mail the check and registration form to: The seminar is sponsored and significantly subsidized by the Office of Congregational Development and coordinated in partnership with the Episcopal Church Building Fund. The all inclusive registration fee includes the seminar tuition, four nights lodging, and 9 meals: Registration fee: $695 All rooms are single occupancy unless otherwise requested. You will be on your own for dinner on three nights. Commuters are asked to arrive on time for all sessions. The commuter registration fee is $380. The commuter meal package provides all lunches and dinner on Monday. Guests who are not attending the seminar may join a registrant in the hotel room at no additional charge. Guests are welcome at the opening dinner; the cost is $40.00. Due to contract requirements the dinner reservation must be paid in advance and is not refundable after April 25. |
The meeting and lodging will be in a newly renovated and beautifully appointed setting overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Gallery One Fort Lauderdale – A DoubleTree Guest Suites Hotel Lodging for the seminar begins on the evening of Sunday May 4, 2008 (hotel check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.), departing on Thursday May 8, 2008. Accommodations are in an all-suites hotel. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and dining area and are equipped a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TVs, voice mail, data-port access, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. Extra Hotel Nights: On an as available basis, the hotel has extended a discounted rate of $139 to attendees who arrive two days prior to or after the seminar. Airport Arrival: Full ground transportation information will be sent to you upon registration. Parking: On site parking $11 per night. Free Time: The Wednesday session concludes as noon to give you free time to relax or to enjoy the Florida coastal area. The hotel overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is a regular stop on the water-taxi route. The water-taxi can take you to dining and shopping along the waterway for a moderate price. The hotel is an easy three-block walk to the beach. The hotel is adjacent to the Galleria, a luxury shopping mall. MEETING SCHEDULE
Due to binding contracts required to secure the seminar site the refund policy is stringently applied. Because the seminar is significantly subsidized, the registration fee does not reflect the cost committed to the hotel property. Therefore, please understand that refund amounts cannot be adjusted.
