A New Resource from the Diocese of Alaska

Seventeen years ago, the seven weary people who continued to worship at St. Thomas’ went to the bishop and said they thought St. Thomas’ might have outlived its usefulness. The bishop replied, “I am not in the business of closing churches. Go back and say your prayers. You will see a better day.” Last year, the average attendance was 31, a better than fourfold increase.
