Description
If Episcopalians are to engage God’s mission to make followers of Jesus Christ, then new ministry development and “fresh expressions of church” need to be key components in our strategy. Plant My Church is a direct response to a growing and critical need for expertise and information on how to start and grow a church in varying contexts within the Episcopal tradition.
Our 2009 Plant My Church conference will be held at Kanuga Conferences from September 21st through the 25th. Please contact Reverend Thomas Brackett at tbrackett@episcopalchurch.org or 646-203-6266 for more information. You may now register online for this event at http://events.SignUp4.com/RemixforMission
Plant My Church 2009 will be the most comprehensive Episcopal training event for new church development so far! Each of the Presenters is intimately familiar with the process of birthing new ministries and can draw from personal experiences as they share. This is your opportunity to capitalize on the experience of others' successes and failures while networking and sharing your experiences with others.
This conference was designed for all those interested in starting and growing New Churches and includes special learning opportunities for:
o Bishops and Diocesan Staff Members
o Launch Team Members
o New and Experienced Church Planters
o Those exploring a call to Church Planting
HURRY---REGISTER TODAY. Registration is limited to the first 150 participants total for all three gatherings.
