For security reasons, it is important to let us know when you make trips away from your mission site (one week or more - for work or play) especially when e-mail access is remote.  If possible send us your quarterly travel schedule in advance.

In addition, we need to know in advance if  you are traveling to the States for a visit , especially if you have been invited to any official speaking engagements.  It is important to keep us updated as there have been a number of occasions in the recent past when we would only learn of such activities from a third party ,or from inquirers interested in meeting you.  Not only would we like to see you when you are in the States, but we would also like to be able to arrange for you to speak at events or attend conferences.  These are opportunities that could be advantageous had we known you were in the area.

Most of you find it more convenient to use a P.O. Box address.  In the interest of security, please send us your actual physical/street address and zone.  It is also required for international express courier services.
